Bookings process
1. The reason as to asking you a few basic questions is to basically determine what your company's needs and expectations are, it also allows us to determine the type of Model or Models that are best suited to your particular Booking Request. And it enables us to determine and organise a package that best suits your company's needs.
Feel free to browse through our Models by using the simple drop-down menu under the tab 'Models' you are currently in.
2. Once we have completed the questions, we will provide you with a Quote and Payment Options for your Booking Request. If would then like to proceed with the Booking, we will then both organise and secure Bookings with our Model or Models for you.
3. Once all that has been organised, we will provide you with a Confirmation of your Booking including a Booking Reference.
4. We will then require you to provide the Agency with a Confirmation of your agreement to the Booking Details and the Agency's T&C's within 48hrs after you have received our Confirmation to ensure it remains on our Priority Booking List. Once we have received your Confirmation, it is only then, that the Job that you have made a Booking Request for, will actually become a Secured Booking and therefore be able to commence.
